• An instructional designer / course developer, technical writer and/or trainer
• Experienced designing and developing web-based training
• Comfortable with tools such as Flash, Captivate, Camtasia, and Robohelp
• Experienced creating job aids, desk references, and procedure manuals
• Experienced and excited about training delivery
• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills and a high work ethic
