This client was implementing a multi-year core business system rollout to improve / shorten vehicle credit application processing time, improve response to customers and capture new loan and lease business. ISC developed the most effective solution -- web based training accessible from any location.
The project involved a change in the way credit applications are processed, and revealed inconsistencies in the process between many locations. Because this function is critical to the client’s core business, it was imperative that the users be proficient on the new system and in new business processes with interrupting or delaying the process.
Initial implementation training was classroom, but a solution was required to
- provide ongoing “on demand” training
- accommodate personnel turnover
- provide consistent training content (users are geographically located in over 30 nationwide offices)
