ISC was founded in 1984, by training industry professionals offering training development and delivery services in Southern California. ISC soon expanded to cover the southwestern United States while also expanding our product offerings to include custom instructional design, training project management, documentation and training delivery services. As digital technologies started to impact training, we added a new group specializing in eLearning, augmented reality, virtual reality and mobile device training technologies.

Today, we offer clients a full spectrum of instructional design and training activities for systems as well as soft skills. Our instructional designers understand and follow the ADDIE training methodology from analysis to evaluation focusing on areas specific to each client.
